Job Fair Flyer Design for a Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Service Contractor

This project involved designing a promotional flyer for a full-service heating, air conditioning, and electrical contractor preparing to attend an upcoming job fair. The goal was to create an engaging, professional design that not only attracted potential employees but also reflected the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion within the skilled trades.

To help promote gender equality in the workforce, we designed the flyer to feature women represented as field technicians and men in office roles — a deliberate and empowering reversal of traditional industry stereotypes. This visual strategy underscored the company’s message that all qualified candidates are welcome, regardless of gender or background.

The final design balanced bold, branded visuals with clear messaging and a strong call to action, resulting in an eye-catching marketing piece that stands out at job fairs while reinforcing the company’s inclusive values and forward-thinking culture.
