• » CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System)

The Coding Accuracy Support System examines each address in your mailing list for proper formatting to standardize spelling, abbreviations, addresses and adds the +4 Zip to improve the accuracy of your mailing. All mailings that receive postal discounts must be 100% CASS certified.

• » DPV (Delivery Point Validation)

Delivery Point Verification verifies that an actual address is valid. For example, all the addresses in the range of 120 to 130 Main St will have the same ZIP+4. The DPV add-on will indicate which of the addresses in the range of 120 to 130 are valid or invalid and therefore should not be mailed. DPV will improve the accuracy of your mailing list and help you save on postage and printing.

• » NCOA (Nation Change of Address)

The NCOA is the National Change of Address; we match your list up against the "move" information in the data banks of the Post Office. This process gives you the last known address, helping to ensure deliverability.

• » LACS (Locatable Address Conversion System)

LACS is a database of those addresses that have been changed due to implementation of a 911 emergency system. Normally this change involves taking rural-style addresses and converting them to city-style addresses, but in some instances conversions may result in the renaming or renumbering of existing city-style addresses.
